Opening Alert: Manjal Indian Cusine, Ridgewood, NJ
Manjal Indian Cusine, a new restaurant serving Indian food, has opened in Ridgewood. Indian appears to be hot (pun intended) right now, with the recent openings of Dhaba (Westwood), Monsun (River Edge) and now Manjdal.
This is the second location for the company, with their first outlet Manjal Indian Fusion in Fair Lawn. The menu (View Menu) covers food that is “south Indian Pondicherry style”.
Manjal will likely follow it’s sister restaurant and be open six days (closed Tuesdays) a week.
