CAVA, the Mediterranean fast casual restaurant, has opened in Paramus at Bergen Town Center. This is the second Jersey location (first was Jersey City) for the brand.

They serve a menu (View Menu) of customizable meals where diners start with a base (salad, pita, grain bowl, etc) and add dips (hummus, feta, etc), protein (falafel, beef, chicken, lamb) then toppings and dressing. They are currently offering their fall menu, which boasts seasonal additions including Greek Minestrone with Harissa, sweet and crunchy Carrots & Currants, and a line-up of house-made juices and teas.

The shop is 2600 square feet with 62 seats and is open seven days a week till 10:00pm.
