Zai’s Dessertery, a bakery that focuses on cakes, cupcakes, macarons and more, has opened in Dumont.
The brainchild of former stay at home mom Zai, who decided to expand beyond baking for family and friends. She’s been baking since a very young age, with the shop being her first try at retail.
Zai’s is open six days (Tuesday thru Sunday) a week.
