103 Prime in Park Ridge Launches Autumn Menus
103 Prime, the restaurant from Valentino’s owner and son Angelo and Jerry Colella, Chef Jeff Kellish has done a menu refresh (View Menus) for the fall.
According to Colella, the menus focus more on autumn and winter flavors/ingredients in comparison to their old menu, which was less of a seasonal menu and more of an all seasons menu.
Some of the new items include Grilled Spanish Octopus, Fettuccini ‘Gambe e Nchio’ and Butternut Squash Risotto. 103 Prime is open six days a week (Monday-Saturday).
