Salsa Arepa Bistro Coming to Garden State Plaza
A sign was spied in the food court of Garden State Plaza, announcing the impending arrival of Salsa Arepa Bistro.
Coming this fall, we presume the restaurant will offer some mix of South American (Arepa) and maybe Mexican? (Salsa) based on the photos in the sign and the name (obviously) – but there isn’t any other info to guide us at the moment.
Fall is a pretty broad time frame, so expect it to open sometime late September through late December.
