Thrillist is tackling heroes, subs, grinders, and hoagies by revealing their list of the best sandwich shop in each state (Read Full Article).

All 50 winners were selected during what they are calling a “sandwich Renaissance”, each one being the “stand-out” best in their state. The list does cover quite a bit of ground, covering everything from celeb chef endeavors o long-standing mom and pop outfits.

Millburn Deli was the pick for New Jersey, the Essex County eatery known for their sloppy Joes – not the Manwich kind, but triple decker messy sandwiches (NY Times Article) – including the mentioned Godfadda (with mozzarella, Russian dressing and chicken cutlet).
