Regular feature “Where to eat now in NJ” on NJ.com has named Eons to their list for July 2017 (Read Full List). Restaurants are picked based on things like “personal visits, word of mouth, OpenTable availability, crowdsourcing websites and local food blogs”.

The fast casual restaurant opened last month from former Varka owner and chef George Georgiades. They serve a menu (View Menu) of Mediterranean food where you choose a base (pita, rice or salad) and then proteins like hormone and antibiotic-free chicken and lamb, wild caught shrimp, and “sushi grade” wild octopus.

EONS is open daily for lunch and dinner.
