New York’s award winning Vietnamese inspired fast casual restaurant BONMi has opened within Whole Foods Market in Paramus.

They are offering a menu (View Menu) of “unique stylized approach” to the classic Bánh Mì sandwich (as a sandwich, as a salad, over warm quinoa and jasmine rice), plus a selection of rice, noodle, salad, and side dishes. All the food being served is natural and minimally processed, with no hydrogenated fats or artificial color, flavors and preservatives.

BONMi operates another shop inside the Whole Foods on East Houston in Mahattan.
