Jersey Mike’s Introduces Gluten-Free Subs

Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, is introducing gluten free sub rolls in its many New Jersey restaurants beginning today. Crafted by Colorado’s Wild Flour Bakery, the Tuscan Herb rolls arrive as dough at each store and are baked in-house each day.

The restaurants have dedicated pans for baking the gluten free rolls, in an effort to reduce the risk of cross contamination. Additionally, Jersey Mike’s team members wear new gloves when handling the rolls and use knives and other utensils that haven’t touched other bread products when slicing.

These gluten free subs rolls are now available as an option for customers in more than 63 Jersey Mike’s locations throughout New Jersey and the metro New York area, including East Rutherford, Emerson, Northvale, Ramsey, and Rochelle Park. For more information, visit the Jersey Mike’s Subs website.
