Mimi’s Cookies, a new cookie storefront, has opened in Waldwick. Owner Michele Braun has been baking cookies for over twenty years – what started out as a hobby, has turned into a passion for creating cookies.

After baking for friends and family in her spare time, Mimi’s Cookies developed a fan base including her daughter’s teachers, schoolmates, and other moms. Braun also donated cookies for many school events and with the growth of social media, the orders began rolling in.

Michele has now outgrown her home kitchen and opened her storefront last year. The shop is open seven days a week.
