Dish It Girl’s Chef One Dumplings with Sweet and Spicy Asian-Inspired Slaw
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Napa cabbage, shredded (thinly sliced)
• 1 cup red cabbage, shredded (thinly sliced)
• ½ cup Carrots, shredded
• 1/3 cup Red onion, sliced thin
• 1 tsp fish sauce
• ½ TBSP garlic, minced
• 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
• 2 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
• 1 ½ tbsp. Mayo
• 1/3 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp Roasted Red Pepper Paste

Directions: In a large bowl combine the cabbage, carrots, and onion. In a small bowl whisk, together fish sauce, garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, roasted red pepper paste, and mayo. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss well to incorporate. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Give it another toss and serve with dumplings. If you can stand a bit more heat add more roasted red pepper paste according to your liking.
