Vibes Cafe Caribbean Eatery Opens in Nyack
Vibes Cafe, a new Caribbean eatery, has opened in Nyack according to a report from lohud.com.
The owner, Rajeve Sathiyamurthy, is a life long resident of Nyack with family roots in the Caribbean – in particualr a Sri Lankan and Haitian background.
Menu items include jerk chicken, ackee, salt fish, fried pork shoulder and more. The space has been made to look “tropical”, with only a few tables and takeout counter.
