Opening Alert: Taino Smokehouse, Spring Valley, NY


Taino Smokehouse, a new BBQ restaurant and bar located, has opened their second location in Spring Valley (the first is in Middletown, CT). Taino Smokehouse Spring Valley is owned and operated by Caroline Torres, along with award-winning Chef and Pit Master Van Hurd — the Texas native competed in the sixth season of Gordon Ramsay’s “Hell’s Kitchen”.

The menu at Taino Smokehouse (View Menu) utilizes local and seasonal produce from the area — along with a few simple natural elements: salt, pepper, and fire. An Old Hickory smoker plus various woods like White Oak, Sugar Maple and Hickory are used to craft the meats during their 12-18 hour smoke time. Taino is open daily from 11:30am–10:00pm daily for lunch and dinner, providing delivery, take out, dine in, and catering services – with indoor seating for up to 85.
