Edo Ramen Coming Soon to Clifton
A sign has been raised in the location formerly The Counter burger in Clifton. The name Edo Ramen and the words “classic tonkotsu ramen”, which is a pork broth with wheat noodles, are prominently displayed. The space looks actively under renovation and decently far along through the window.
Recap of what we know so far: a tonkotsu ramen shop is coming to Route 3 in Clifton, replacing The Counter and construction/renovation is underway.
And we have no idea when it’s going to open.
