The new Whole Foods in Closter is opening this Wednesday, October 19th. As with each opening, Whole Foods has slightly different offerings dependent on the the local community. Naturally there will be a mix of prepared hot and cold foods by the pound (breakfast in the morning) and after a sneak peek, here are the stations and venues to expect for the opening this week and the coming months:

Coffee/Tea/Juice
Freshly roasted coffee (Allegro), teas, local chai, juice and more.

Toast
Offers a selection of artisanal toasts like avocado, roasted tomatoes with confit pesto butter or brie, cranberry & walnuts. (View Menu)

A selection of sushi, sashimi and other sushi bar items similar to other locations.

Seed to Mill
A cart featuring hand-cut halva, tahini, and other similar options.

Nosh
Grab and go Jewish deli-inspired sandwiches like Reubens, pastrami, etc. (View Menu)

Pizza
A brick oven and deck oven (both gas) will offer a number of styles of pizza.

Vegta Bowl
