Bergen County Hooters Location Embroiled in Legal Battle

Breastaurant chain Hooters is suing the local NJ franchisee over the recent closure of their Paramus (Route 17) location due to health violations according to reports from NJ.com. Among the 20 violations were flies and backed up plumbing, enough for the Hooters of America’s lawsuit to state there is a “willful breach of the franchise agreement”.

Of course there’s also a Hooters location in Hackensack (Route 4), which was not mentioned in the article. It’s hard not to speculate on it’s status, though it’s Facebook page has been updated as of October 11th, so it looks like those in need of their “Hooters-style” wings and other eats (View Menu) should have nothing to worry about. Phew.
