Esty Street in Park Ridge has revealed the hiring of Chef Thomas Donahoe, a Morristown native whose cooking career has taken him west (Montana), with accolades from Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, The Chicago Tribune, Men’s Journal, Forbes, The New York Times, and The Star Ledger. It should also be noted that Esty announced the introduction of new pastry chef Debbie Schear earlier this year.

Esty also dropped their new menus for the fall, much of which was inspired by Chef Donahow. Currently these changes can be seen in their update dinner (View Menu) offerings. Esty is open seven days a week (lunch weekdays, brunch Sundays) for dinner, with reservations available via OpenTable.
