Inspired by places they’ve eaten at, the menu (see below) focuses on burgers cooked to requested temp, crafted from never frozen, 6oz patties made with 80/20 beef and a local butcher, served on homemade challah buns. Self-described as “intense”, the burgers are also named after famous mob movies and characters – like the Fat Tony (burger topped with peanut butter, jelly and sriracha).

Beef isn’t the only type of patty – there’s chicken, lamb, turkey and homemade “veggie” options – homemade quinoa and a portobello mushroom. Also included are stuffed burgers, hot dogs and hand-cut fries. Mob Burger should be opening relatively soon, most likely sometime in the fall.
