California Tortilla has rolled out an expanded menu nationwide, featuring fresh takes on fan favorites and “unique flavor combinations” – including their perennially popular Street Tacos.

“Our sales and research have shown a trend towards lighter eating and more intense flavors, which explains why tacos are proliferating right now,” said Keith Goldman, COO and Executive Chef, California Tortilla. “Customers love options—and tacos are great for sampling two or three different flavors instead of just one.”

Customers’ favorite limited-time offers, like Korean BBQ and Carnitas Verde tacos, now have a permanent place on the menu; rounding out the expanded taco menu are the Screamin’ and California Sunset tacos crafted with e made-from-scratch sauces. Tacos will be offered in both flour and corn tortillas.
