Parke5, a catering business in North Jersey, is moving into the former Grillers space in Emerson. Chef and founder Ryan Parkes was originally looking for a commercial kitchen space, but when presented with the current location, decided to utilize the front retail as a private dining room.

So in addition to their usual home, office and off premise catering, Parke5 will be able to host dinner parties, rehearsal dinners, company meetings and holiday parties (to name a few) for groups (approx 14-24 people) with custom tasting menus, hors d’oeuvres and more. Parkes is projecting a mid-September opening.
