American Cut in Englewood Cliffs Debuts New Chef and Menu

A new chef and menu are effective today at American Cut Bar & Grill in Englewood Cliffs. Longtime chef and local New Jersey resident, Anthony Russo has taken over the kitchen as Executive Chef of the Marc Forgione restaurant.

After listening to many comments and input, Chef Russo has created a new menu, offering a mix of signature American Cut dishes and a variety of “healthy and approachable” items such as fresh salads and seasonal fish that has been locally sourced..

In addition to the new menu, American Cut Bar & Grill will be offering the signature two-pound Chilli Lobster dish and a classic steak cut for two. The restaurant was also recently named “Best New Restaurant” by the readers of the Jewish Standard. American Cut Bar & Grill is open six days (Tuesday-Sunday) for lunch and dinner.
