Pies & Quiches Park Ridge Offering Gluten Free

Pies & Quiches, the bakery from Karen Trento that opened in late 2014, is now offering gluten-free quiches. They are basically all of Trento’s fillings in a gluten free crust – made using flour from Bob’s Red Mill. They aren’t certified gluten-free, since she only has own oven for baking, however she makes it clear to those purchasing in case their needs are such. At the moment they are available made-to-order only, so those looking to purchase should call ahead.
