Food Blogger Releases The Jersey Shore Cookbook

JerseyBites.com founder and editor Deborah Smith launched her first book The Jersey Shore Cookbook: Fresh Summer Flavors from the Boardwalk and Beyond last week. It features recipes from many of the best restaurants and dishes that the resort towns have to offer in New Jersey.

The Jersey Shore, which beckons over 59 million vacationers each year, features many popular restaurants — many of whom shared eats with Smith — like Fratello’s in Sea Girt and Joe Leone’s Italian Specialties in Point Pleasant Beach. The book has readers covered from breakfast to dessert, and beyond the recipes — Smith offers an insider’s look into this vibrant food scene with profiles of the chefs and restaurants.
