Communal Kitchen in Nyack Named a Best New Restaurant
The cover story for the current issue of Hudson Valley Magazine (dated March 2016) features their list of the best new restaurants in Hudson Valley. Of the nine eateries that made the cut, one was in the Greater Bergen area — Communal Kitchen in Nyack from chef Jed Gidaly — which opened last July on Main Street.
The profile on Communal Kitchen highlights the evolving menu including vegetarian items, meats and rotating specials. The 50 seat restaurant also features a full bar (featuring all wines available by the glass) and is open six days (Tuesday-Sunday) for dinner.
