The Park Steakhouse in Park Ridge has welcomed back Chef Paul Scheffler as Executive Chef. Chef Scheffler worked with Chef/Owner John A Halligan to creation of the menu at their sister restaurant Park West Tavern in Ridgewood when it opened in 2011 – he remained in the kitchen until 2013. Chef Scheffler has returned to the Garden State after stints in the Boston culinary scene.

Chefs Halligan and Scheffler will join talents once again to develop all new seasonal menus this fall in addition to their classic menu items. With over twenty years of experience in major cities on the east coast, Chef Scheffler has utilized his extensive knowledge of seasonal and local ingredients to produce twists on regional fare. His cuisine is steeped in technique and innovation, creating what he believes is “American Cuisine Revisited.”

The fall menu will launch November 4th, but the restaurant and bar continues to be open for lunch on weekdays and dinner seven days a week.
