Prudential Center and Legends today unveiled new additions to the arena’s concessions offerings for the start of the New Jersey Devils’ 2015-16 season on Friday, October 9, 2015. Following last season’s introduction of the first farm-to-food concept in an arena, Prudential Center and Legends will debut a number of new specialty food and beverage options, including dishes crafted by celebrity chef David Burke and Legends’ culinary team, to enhance fans’ in-game experience.

There are also three new bars in the arena. Anheuser Busch has built an 1800 sq. foot full service lounge on the main concourse and Jack Daniel’s has built one full service bar on each of the two concourse levels. All premium bars will offer red and white sangria in the new season lpus The new East & West Club Lounges will feature “beertails,” cocktails mixed with beer, such as The Angry Captain featuring Angry Orchard and Captain Morgan.

Handwich Shop (Section 4): Legends and David Burke Group have collaborated to create a new concept on the main concourse called Handwich Shop, serving up crave-worthy mini-sandwiches (handwiches), sides and desserts for an on-the-go mix and matching of choices. The fan favorite Burke’s Bacon Bar Reuben will not be available in two locations, Burke’s Bacon Bar in Club Lounges East and West and Handwich Shop.

The Jersey Grind (Sections 12 & 111): A new concessions concept in the 2014-2015 season, Legends at Prudential Center’s custom grind burgers topped fans’ list. Legends has added the Jersey Burger Jr. for the 2015-2016 season, and has upgraded the BBQ Burger, which was the concept’s No. 1 seller.

The Chicken Coop (Sections 16 and 111): “If you can’t beat ‘em, join ’em’” was the thought process behind Legends at Prudential Center’s new signature concessions concept, “The Chicken Coop.” This fan-inspired concept will have two locations, and serve chicken tenders tossed in signature sauces, including sticky Thai and maple bourbon bacon. Classic and all five tossed tenders will also be available in a souvenir bucket.

Club Lounges East & West (Main Concourse): Club season ticket members will now have an inclusive buffet for every Devil’s game. Legends has created six action-packed rotation menus that will feature signature items

Taste of the Ironbound District presented by Goya (Section 118) and Goya Street Tacos (Section 20): Goya Foods will be the presenting sponsor of Prudential Center’s Latin concession locations, including the Taste of the Ironbound on the upper concourse, named after Newark’s largely Hispanic district adjacent to the arena. Fresh cut and assembled Cuban Sandwiches and creative side dishes will be on the menu this season. Legends’ Chefs have also created the Goya Street Taco Stand on the main concourse in conjunction with Goya’s executive chef, Fernando Desa. Fresh produce and Goya’s signature products come together in innovative ways to provide variety and Latin authenticity to the arena.
