Midland Brew House, the restaurant and bar in Saddle Brook serving up “American fusion” – including pub fare, raw bar – plus a wide range of craft beers and spirits is now open.

Saddle Brook native Mike Vargas and his siblings are behind Midland Brew House, with Chef Jeremiah Echeandia in tow and a New American Fusion menu, coal oven pizza, steaks (including some grass-fed beef from Cedar River Farms) and seafood. The two floor space acts as an upscale sports lounge with 60 TVs (plus a 109” projetction screen) with a stage for live music. The upstairs will handle overflow for dinner and on weekends be more of a lounge space. The over 10,000 sq feet space will be open 7 days week for both lunch and dinner.
