Jersey Shore’s Uncle Bill’s Pancake House Makes Top Pancake List

Thrillist published its 21 Best Pancakes in America list for 2015. While no Northern NJ places made the “short stack”, Uncle Bill’s Pancake House — with eight Jersey Shore locations in Avalon, Cape May, North Cape May, Ocean City, Stone Harbor, Strahmere and Wildwood — made the list as the lone Jersey representative. The restaurants were praised for theire varieties (15) ranging from potato to blueberry to buttermilk — using recipes that hasn’t changed for 40 years.
