Thrillist has taken to regional foods again, this time naming the Best Thing to Eat in Every State — without much info on their criteria — which was “admittedly loose”. And again, the Pork Roll/Taylor Ham was chosen for New Jersey — though this time specifically on a roll with egg and cheese. They also name Frank’s Deli and Restaurant in Asbury Park as the quintessential place to get one. What was New York’s best food? Pizza.
