Snack Carts, a hot dog shop serving “high quality snack-type fast food” has opened at Garden State Plaza. The menu (View Menu) features a selection of chicken (from Chicago) and duck (from Newark) sausage links – which are 100% natural and made with no antibiotics, no hormones, no preservatives or artificial coloring.

Toppings and sauces are made frsh daily using natural ingredients and from farmers they have aworking relationship. The bun also comes from a Chicago purveyor and is nut-free and vegan. They will soon be expanding the menu to include breakfast options.

Snack Carts is located in front of the Express storefront and is open Monday thru Saturday from 10:00AM–9:30PM.
