Hudson Bread Cafe Eyeing Ridgewood and Fort Lee

Hudson Bread Cafe, the artisan bread and cafe business offshoot of Hudson Bread, has opened its second location in Secaucus according to a report from NJ.com and have future expansion plans – including potential locations in Ridgewood and Fort Lee. The (now) chain has a rustic interior that is inspired by traditional European cafés serving an array of fresh bread, pastries, smoothies, soups and sandwiches. The current shop is in North Bergen and more information about the brand and cafes is available at the Hudson Bread website.
