New Jersey Monthly Awards Novo in Ridgewood Three Stars
Modern Mediterranean restaurant Novo from chef Eli Kachlon has been awarded three stars by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.
Reviewer Karen Tina Harrison writes in depth about Kachlon’s background and unique experience that he uses to craft his dishes, including the use of a taboon (clay oven) and Middle Eastern spice mix called za’atar – plus the misconceptions of Mediterranean cuisine according to chef.
Novo is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week with valet parking on Friday and Saturday nights.
