Popcorn Plant in Englewood to Close
The smell of popped corn is stopping at the Dale and Thomas popcorn facility in Englewood according to a report from NJBIZ. Fifty-three workers will lose their jobs at the end of August, though the brand plans on continuing to produce it’s ‘Popcorn, Indiana’ line via contracting out the work. This comes after the company laid off as many as 56 workers back in January.
