The former Saks space at The Shops at Riverside mall in Hackensack will start construction on a variety of new food and entertainment concepts — in the form of restaurants and a 44,000 square foot AMC theater — slated to open in 2016. The food options revealed so far are as follows:

MacGuffins: a bar and lounge at AMC serving a full complement of craft beers, wine and cocktails

Marketplace: also at the theater, offering an expanded menu of food and drink that goes beyond traditional popcorn and soda

Pinstripes: a concept with 7 locations — Italian and American cuisine with wine cellar, 16 bowling lanes, 10 indoor and outdoor bocce courts, an outdoor patio and fire pit, and event space (View Website)
