Owner and Executive Chef of Village Green in Ridgewood – Chef Kevin Portscher – has updated his menu for the spring. According to Portscher they are offering a lot more gluten-free options – including a gluten free fried chicken. The pasta section is also something new – as they’ve have made the pasta in house before – but never dedicated an entire part of the menu to it (featuring three types daily). Village Green offers both a la carte and tasting menus, is a BYO and open 7 days a week.
