Palermo’s Bakery in Ridgefield Park Makes Top 100 Cupcake List

The Daily Meal website released their picks for the 100 Best Cupcakes in America for 2015. The winners included four from NJ – including Palermo’s Bakery (#55) in Ridgefield Park – who recently has expanded with both their Palermo Cafe and Cake Lounge concepts.
Criteria for the winners was a combination of menu creativity, social media following, online reviews and editorial discretion.
The other NJ winners: Papa Ganache (#56, Matawan), Cupcake Magician (#33, Red Bank), Ava’s Cupcakes (#24, Rockaway), and Pink Cake Box (#6, Denville).
