Elevation Burger, the organic burger chain with a location in West Nyack (also in Montclair), is introducing introducing organic chicken to their menu. Chicken served at an Elevation Burger restaurant is USDA-certified organic — no antibiotics, no hormones and no pesticides — they’re also raised in open pastures, not in industrial poultry houses. As the nation’s largest restaurant seller of organic beef, they will likely take that title for chicken as well. This move should soon make them America’s largest restaurant seller of organic chicken as well.
