FamilyFun magazine announced its third annual Travel Awards in last week’s April 2015 issue. The winner represent what the magazine deems as the best in family-friendly across the entire U.S. – as chosen by 2,000 families from around the country. Award categories include animal attractions, state parks, science museums – though Boozy Burbs is interested in the Casual Restaurant category. The magazine’s April issue features the full list of winners along with the Top 10 overall winners that received the highest scores across all categories.

All but two of the chains are right here in the Bergen County area – in fact all of them have multiple locations. The two not nearby: Cracker Barrel and Texas Roadhouse – which is expected to open in the upcoming Teterboro Landing development.
