Buddy Valastro, star of TLC’s series Cake Boss and owner of Carlo’s Bakery (Ridgewood, Hoboken), has announced the launch of his interactive online culinary program, Baking With Buddy. Through video-based lessons, home bakers can follow along with Valastro with content that focuses on fundamental and advanced techniques, tools and recipes. On the menu at Baking With Buddy are cookies, pastries, basic cake decorating and even theme cakes.

“I really did this with the fans in mind,” said Valastro. “I wanted a way to be able to share my favorite recipes and baking and decorating techniques with the home baker across a range of experience levels, keeping the lessons fun and easy to follow along.”
