Patisserie Didier Dumas Reopens in Nyack
Patisserie Didier Dumas, the “French experience” from master artisan chef Didier Dumas, has reopened after a fire from a lightning strike back in July. After renovations went long, additional repairs were made that has pushed the reopening into the new year. But they are back with their usual fresh-baked daily assortment of savories and desserts including: buttery croissants, apricot pistachio cake, mini tartlets, royal chocolate cake, crepes, macaroons and cookies.
