Beginning today, Ramsey restaurant Local-Seasonal Kitchen is offering lunch on Tuesdays through Fridays from 11:30am till 2:00pm.

The menu from Chef Santoro features alot of light options — described as “mostly clean” — including salads, soups, sandwiches, pastas and entrees. There are an array of vegetables with the menu being mostly organic using the same trusted purveyors and farms he uses for dinner.

It certainly has taken some time for the restaurant to begin serving lunch — the restaurant opened in February 2013 — and Santoro commented that customers have been clamoring for it for quite a while.
