Latin Soul Cuban Cafe has expanded its operations —they’ve been in Saddle Brook — but are now also open in Moonachie.

According to the owners, they are trying to show what being a Cuban American really means through their cuisine. And that they’re not like every other Cuban restaurant. The menu (View Menu) — all dishes are made on premises—  includes traditional items like empanadas and a Cuban sandwich to dishes like Red Snapper Ceviche, Crabcake, and Vaca Frita Lettuce Wraps.

The restaurant is open 6 days a week (closed Sundays) and is open for lunch — beginning at 11am — and dinner till 10pm Monday thru Thursday and 11pm Friday and Saturday.
