Dining Tenants at The Shops at Hudson Lights in Fort Lee

Hudson Lights

The Hudson Lights project, a mixed-use residential and retail center coming to Fort Lee, will contain office space, a hotel, and a bunch of retail — dubbed The Shops at Hudson Lights — will include a number of dining options. This only the first part of the 200,000 square foot development according to the developer Tucker Development  — which is located at the northeast corner of Lemoine Avenue.

As far as sit down restaurants go, there’s a location of Anthony Franco’s Pizza (locations in Paramus, Ramsey and Wayne) and City Perch Kitchen + Bar — a concept from iPic Theaters (which will also have a location). A restaurant named Gaonnuri is also coming which is affiliated with the penthouse restaurant of the same name in Midtown NYC.

Also expected is an outlet of Korean bakery Paris Baguette — presumably moving up the block from their current Lemoine Avenue spot — and froyo chain 16 Handles. A lease for Mediterranean “street food” chain Just Falafel also coming to Garden State Plaza — is pending.

iPic Theaters also typically serve a variety of food and drink — this location will have a liquor license — including a dedicated bar or sports bar and other food concepts. Specifics for this location have not yet been released.

This Phase I of the project — is expected to open sometime in late 2015.
