Food truck cum brick and mortar restaurant Oink and Moo has opened their doors in Florham Park. If you attended any of the food truck festivals over the past few years, there’s a good chance you’ve sampled their Southern-inspired fare.

At the store, they are serving all menu favorites from the truck — sandwiches, tacos and quesadillas stuffed with brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs and Kalua pig — with a few new ones mixed in for good measure. (View Menu)
