Ultra-Filtered Fairlife Milk Hits Grocery Shelves

fairlife

fairlife, a new venture from Coca Cola (yes, that Coca Cola) is making a move to our grocer’s (or drugstore’s) dairy case with the introduction of fairlife ultra-filtered milk. It’s milk that’s cold-filtered through a special patented process — and according to their stats — has 50 percent more protein, 30 percent more calcium and half the sugar of ordinary milk. Which is done without the use of protein or calcium additives. fairlife uses milk from Select Milk Producers, a dairy co-op that is dedicated to humane animal care practices.

fairlife is currently rolling out nationwide and is available in fat-free, reduced fat (2%), whole and chocolate reduced fat (2%) varieties. To learn more about the brand visit the fairlife website.
