Terra in Englewood Hires Chef John Holm and Updates Menu

Terra, the restaurant in the former Grand Cru location in Englewood, has announced the hiring of John Holm as their new Executive Chef. Holm is graduate of ICE (Institute of Culinary Education) in Manhattan and was previously Executive Sous Chef at Brasserie de Paris in Hoboken, plus Chef de Cuisine at Village Green and Sous Chef at Latour, both in Ridgewood.

Naturally the chef has tweaked the menu (View Menu), which is available 6 nights (Monday thru Saturday) for dinner. Reservations can be made via OpenTable.
