Glaze Donuts in New Milford Introduces Doughnish Hybrid Pastry


The baker over at Glaze Donuts — ie owner Jule Hazou — has launched their latest creation. This time it’s their version of a would-be hybrid Franken-pastry (ie like a cronut) — half donut and half Danish. They take their regular glazed donut — no hole — press it down the middle leaving a Danish shape. It’s then covered with your typical Danish-esque toppings (above is blueberry cream cheese). Glaze Donuts is open 7 days a week.
