The “modern day pizzeria” Jersey Pizza Co, has opened in Wood-Ridge as expected. The restaurant is owned by owned and operated by partners Luca and Brian, who have collectively managed at many places in the metro area including Blend, Houston’s, Rosa Mexicano and Toby’s Public House (NYC).

The menu (View Menu; or see below) includes pizza, salads, Italian dishes, wraps, salads, sandwiches — many culled from recipes come straight from Grandma Millie of a third partner, a 96 year old native of southern Italy. The “modern” aspect includes items you typically don’t see on a pizzeria menu like “made to order” guacamole, specialty sliders and fat sandwiches. Most of the dishes are made with locally sourced ingredients and homemade varieties — like the sauces, mozzarella and more.

Jersey Pizza Co is BYO and open 7 days a week. They offer room for dining in, takeout, local delivery and catering.
