Terre a Terre, the farm to table restaurant in Carlstadt from owner/chef Todd Villani, took to their blog this weekend to share some thoughts about what culinary trends they expect to see in 2015. The top 5 list included: the rebirth of fusion, regional rice and grains, local cheese, artisan ice cream, and tea — all of which we expect to hit the menu at Terre a Terre during the new year.
