Italian restaurant Franco’s Metro in Fort Lee has brought in Chef Serge Bukowski, previously of VB3 in JC and Nice-Matin, Lyon Bistro & Marseille in NYC according to LinkedIn, on a consulting basis. The resulting Sunday brunch menu (see menu below) offers a number of egg dishes, sandwiches and something “Deliciously Different”. It also includes a brunch cocktail and coffee section and is available Sundays from 10:30am till 2:00pm. Chef Bukowski will be working with Franco’s through the winter.
